To co uważacie:
Angelo Lim - Quick question, Can this folding bikes carry a heavy person? I'm a big guy,
i weigh 250lbs / 113kgs and I'm planning to get one.
david on - Just wanted to say that I really like your reviews, Paul, yer da man.
CreRay - I was on the verge of buying the D8. In terms of quality I think it's
clearly better than the Dahon bikes, especially the hinges. It rides very
well too, the frame feels excellent. What really put me off the Tern is the
way it folds, with the handlebar on the outside. It takes up more space
that way, and puts the cables etc. on the outside which makes it more
vulnerable. I really can't figure why they chose to do it that way.
binkymagnus - Hi, what's the difference between the D8 and the D7i? The hub gears and
funky rubber tube chain guard?
Jose Andres Paez Castilla - How tall are you? That type of bikes are comfortable for taller people?
thanks!
Karl Sison - how about the weight?
Vignesh Ramkrishnan Paramathayalan - Hi Peter. That was a nice review !!! Got a complete idea about this bike.
I'm considering buying a bike for fitness, at the same time I want to carry
it around in public transport. Now, I have a general question. Are folding
bikes less efficient than the normal ones?? I mean in terms of comfort,
stability, etc. I've been hearing mixed thoughts from people. I want to get
it right out of the horse's mouth ;) Please share your thoughts about any
compromises that you would need to make by riding the little folding ones
as against the normal bikes. Thanks in advance. Keep up the good work :)
Sam Loescher - Hi, I am currently considering D8, D7i and the P9, but I can't decide - any
ideas?
Also, great review!
Ryan Handoyo - will the tern node d8 fit on most planes and buses?
Ryan Yeung - Which ones better? Tern or Dahon
streetfighterrrify - mmm, really disappointed by Tern . My Link D8 snapped in a half on a
welding point 10 months later ((. Lucky it was under warranty so supplier
replaced it by brand new one. So I'm getting back to Dahon brand )
Dave Graham - Great review - definitely adding the Tern bikes to my shortlist.
Ryan Yeung - Link D8 or the vitesse D7
YouBlinder - Hi,how is the rear hub performance? smooth and durable? i've seen the specs
that it uses formula rear hubs but haven't really seen the smoothness of it
Ramon Oliveira - aqui no brasil eles metem a arma e te assaltam
DrDuu - Great review, thank you.
BlogdeLucho - I got my Tern Link D8, and I need to say this: You influenced my purchase
like a 100%.
NYCeWheels - Yes, the Tern D8 is a fantastic bike for that price. It's hard to find a
bike with this high quality parts for less than $1000- Jack
NYCeWheels - Thanks so much for watching, just let us know when you're ready for that
brommie!- jack
NYCeWheels - The Vector P8 is a nice step up from the D8. A bit lighter, nicer
components and a faster more responsive bike overall If it were me I would
go with the Vector. - Jack
Slim Yabby - oh ok thanks Peter
Dan McCall - I know they won't fold in, but can I put clipless pedals on this bike?
NYCeWheels - You are so welcome. More to come! - jack
NYCeWheels - @phenochio Tern is a new brand of folding bikes that just was introduced
worldwide. 50% of US bikes have already arrived in our shop with the
remaining to arrive next week. Tern bikes are a bit more expensive but have
nicer components - mare attention to detail. I think we will do very well
with them, customers seem to enjoy the solid ride and feel. -Bert
Mirandu Kan - How is the Link D8 for long-distance riding? Is it more of a commuter bike?
What about for exercise?
NYCeWheels - @elizajaya Will do, Verge X30h has been shot last Saturday and will do the
editing this week. I think it will go up in 2 weeks. Subscribe to our
channel so you get it while its hot. -Bert
NYCeWheels - We are currently not shipping the full sized Tern Bikes, so its unlikely
we'll do a feature on them, but we have some great videos posted on the
Montague full sized folding bikes, worth checking out. Best- jack
NYCeWheels - Feel free to do some youtube searches for the Brompton, we've posted a lot
of great videos- Jack
Theenemy38 - Thanks for that, I've looked into the Bromptoms and they are crazy
expensive so I started looking for a cheaper bike and I found one at a
website called citizen so now all I have to do is save a little and get it.
I'm gonna use my full size bike for now.
rommel juanillo - so it means disk brakes are better than v-brakes(clamps) but makes your
foldie heavier How about DIY hyrdro hose,is it the best brake for a foldie
or any bike?? thanks-rommel
NYCeWheels - @totalfloat Thank you. I like the way it flows, its simple and covers all
the basics. -Bert
NYCeWheels - Hi Vaughn, the Tern Link d8 will fit riders up to around 6ft 2 inches so
you should be fine. The real determining factor is going to be your inseam
rather than your height. Best- jack
AlikKra - great bike, great video. thank you
Muhammad Nazmi - You will grow up ~
NYCeWheels - The Link D8 can carry around 240lbs. Best - jack
Theenemy38 - Hey just a quick question I see on your website that the bike has a max
rider weight of about 240 lbs. I was wondering, is it still safe to ride if
you are about 20 lbs over the riding weight??
Je P - Whats the weight limit?
rommel juanillo - What's the difference between disk brakes and clamp brakes on folding
bikes,am i right? same with 16" and between 20"wheel/rim folding
bikes-thanks
xchvcwryb - Nice reviews of a lot of folding bikes. I'm looking to buy one but I live
in Europe, so you're to far away for me. Have you thought of showing some
little trics with these bikes? For example, if you leave the seatpost up,
you can easily push or pull most of these bikes on one wheel over the
ground while walking.
NYCeWheels - It's true the Link D8 doesn't fold up as small as some of our other bikes,
but all in all, its about the best quality you can find without going up to
a higher price range. - Jack
Dla was polecam, zobaczcie sami: (nic nie ma do polecenia).
