- Michael Dignum - Just bought the SJ1000 after watching a few of your reviews on action cams. VERY PLEASED with the first test today on the motorbike. Placed it chest high on my ruck sack without the waterproof case...Great picture quality, very crisp and clear in the sun and at dusk. Will have to do something about the wind noise..maybe a pit of masking tape over the mic, what do you advise? All i have to do now is find a place to attach it to the bike itself. Many thanks.

- patrosp07 - SJ1000 or SJ4000? I ordered an SJ1000 on ebay a second ago and I jsut found out about the 4000, do I cancel and get the 4000 or stick with 1000? I can see you reviewed the 4000 some time later after creating this review and it looks nice but it's hard to tell which one is better quality...
- flitsies - This is a very good camera had my one for a while now and it is very reliable and very good picture quality, the only thing that has irritated me a bit is the mounts, but you could always go for go pro mounts, other than that it's a very good camera.

- ChrisAstro - I got lucky and bought one for $30!!! It has all the new stuff too like a new case.
- dino33ca - My screen saver didn't work either, but oddly enough after not using the camera after a year the first time I used it the screensaver started to work properly. On my camera the battery closure switch broke and the camera battery became difficult to keep in. Also, the camera doesn't sit in it's optional cases. I believe the camera body may have warped slightly making it difficult to use some of the optional casings and brackets. Otherwise, I'm still very happy with the purchase, it's good value....

Most of the negative points have been sorted with the exception of the shallow screw mount, just as well i have mounts from another camera that fit and have made the best out of both. Still don't know what the frequency option does, perhaps I missed this bit

- aimonaz1 - can i playback the video after i recorded? like watch it back right through the lcd screen? and can i capture an image?
- Jason Bruce - My two cents: the video quality in low light doesn't look any better than what you get from the $50 Vivitar. The field of view looks significantly larger but I'm not sure if that's worth an extra $50 for a generic camera.

- TimeCode Mechanics - Hey Techmoan, they changed the case. You can now get to the power button from the case. Also, you can buy better suction cups for all these little cams from eBay.

- DatJames - Little comment to warn/Inform people..I got this camera 5 months ago (My old comment is actually below me :P) The newer version of this (The one you will most likely get) Only has a 90degree FOV which some may prefer also the case has a much more secure latch and access to the power button at the cost of losing the button for the menu...Still looks the same video wise :)
- Duke Marsh - I just bought one, and am having shifting white balance problems with it. Some outdoors scenes are OK, but others constantly shifted between normal and being too bluish. All scenes taken indoors under tungsten light were too yellow. My version number is 140423V02.
