    To co uważacie:
  • Das Gemuse - since i left that comment i have broken my hip in a MTB wreck and if i had not been able to bail i would have lost teeth and broken my nose. i will never use clips
  • cj200606 - depends how good you are at practical things. you have to buy new brake leavers and grip tape fit them both onto the new bar there are videos on here that show how to do it but it isn't just as simple as removing the middle clamp
  • Franky Ortiz - i use sneakers
  • TheJohnCitizen - cyclingshoeguide . com
  • pppjunk - "Walkable" shoes are OK for walking a bit, but quite unconfortable if you walk more than, say 10 minutes, because they are really stiff. Stiff is good for pedalling, not so good for walking. As for the clip system, I really prefer CRANK Bros pedals over Shimano SPD ; it clips and unclips faster, much easier to "aim" your foot into the pedal.
  • cj200606 - kick heal to the outside. so with the left foot the heal goes left and on the right side the heal goes right.
  • pppjunk - Also even if the shoe, clip and pedal are completely full of mud and sand, Crank Bros will work, with SPD you'll have to stop and clean them...
  • Lizbethbike - Is the walking cycle shoe okay for walking long distances? I like the idea of having a shoe for both bike and walking, but don't want a cycle shoe that isn't good enough for walking. The main reason why I'm interested in a cycle shoe is to have the velco bit that covers or takes away need for laces which are really dangerous in cycling. I know someone who knows someone who died on their bike because their laces got caught. I don't really need cleats.
  • Das Gemuse - non of these videos show how to dismount!!!
  • djsfilms1 - easy as, just get an allen key to fit, undo the clamp in the middle of the handlebars put drop bars on it and make sure you do it up TIGHT TIGHT TIGHT!!!!!
  • xjam1994jamx - I have a hybrid and i would like to put curved down handle bars how hard is it??
  • raven1234 - I have the same question as well, and I am about to get my first clipless shoes. Are you using a clipless system now? How do you like it?

  • Dla was polecam, zobaczcie sami: (nic nie ma do polecenia).
